Axa had 386751 shares as per 30/06

    www.gurufocus.com/ownership/MXDHF

however AXA is not taken in the list from Morningstar @ 30/06
but then again there is no Belfius either

    investors.morningstar.com/ownership/s...

Maybe putting the 2 lists together would give a better idea of who owns what.

So if it is indeed true that AXA has sold everything since June then the price has held up remarkably well.

Not quite sure if merging the 2 lists provide a true picture of institutional ownership. Delta Lloyd and Triodos holdings are the same? There might be confusion as to the fund and the asset manager.

I think a Bloomberg account is much more accurate than Reuters or Morningstar in providing the data. So for me It's no use of putting the two lists together. I don't even see the two biggest shareholders Biovest NV with 13.6 % (6.156.525 shares) and Valiance Asset Management LTD with 12.96 % (5.866.834). VAM also sold 600.000 shares the last 1.5 month.

    Hello Hilliebillie,

I am not sure that Bloomberg is more accurate than Reuters. They are both information/pricing providers. At a price of course :)

We must differentiate the "institutional" investors from the, let us say other large investors.

Biovest NV is a private company which does not have to provide "public" information.

So what we do know is the "steady" investors such as Biovest NV and the "institutional" investors. This information, we have to try and find ourselves. Not always easy.

I am not disputing that AXA has sold its entire shareholding (held on behalf of one of their funds? or direct?).

I only listed the table of "known" institutional shareholders.

Axa's selling, for whatever reaso since July, might indeed explain some of those "blocks" of shares being offered.

Taking that into account, the fact that they sold during July and August does not seem to have much of an impact on the share price.

Therefore someone was prepared to buy those shares...

Question is, who is right? AXA or the buyer(s)?

In the coming months we will get an answer.

    The question
