    Totale controle. Geen eerlijke prijsvorming.
    We zitten te gluren, en blijven gluren, maar deze koers wordt gecontroleerd.

    Wie zou bepalen dat we niet over de 13,90 over mogen ?

    Vreselijk om belegt te zijn in een aandeel, dat onder totale controle ligt.

    Heeft een doel en ik denk dat doel te kennen!!!
    Gaat geheid iets maar verwacht zelf heel veel opleveren maar in het slechtste geval is het alleen mijn investering terugkrijgen.
    Kan ik gewoon met pensioen en hoor je mij nergens meer over.

    ManpowerGroup Inc. MAN reported second-quarter 2015 earnings per share of $1.33 that topped the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.27. However, quarterly earnings came below the year-ago quarter figure of $1.35 as currency volatility weighed upon the bottom-line performance. Shares of ManpowerGroup fell over 4.5% in yesterday’s trading.

    Currency fluctuations alone reduced earnings per share by 23 cents, though tad lower than projection of 29 cents per share. Revenues, too, fell 8.7% to $4,861.3 million due to forex impact but managed to beat the Zacks Consensus Estimates of $4,763 million on the back of encouraging performance in Italy, Mexico, Spain and the UK.

    On a constant currency basis, revenues increased 6.6% while earrings grew 15.6%.

    Moving on, gross profit decreased 7.4% (up 6.7% in constant currency) to $830.6 million, while gross margin was up 20 basis points (bps) to 17.1%. Also, operating profit of $178.8 million fell 4.7% (up 12.5% in constant currency).

    Operating Groups

    By geographic segments, revenues from the United States fell 1.7% year over year to $762.6 million. However, the segment’s operating profit increased 40.3% from the prior-year quarter to $41.7 million driven by higher gross profit margin.

    In Other Americas, revenues declined 1.9% (up 14.4% in constant currency) to $368.1 million while operating profit rose 3.3% (up 19.7% in constant currency) to $14.5 million.

    In France, revenues fell 14.8% year over year (up 5.5% in constant currency) to $1,202.6 million while operating profit decreased 6.9% (up 15.4% in constant currency) to $66.9 million.

    In Italy, revenues grew 1.7% year over year (up 25.9% in constant currency) to $319.3 million. The segment’s operating profit rose 8% (up 33.7% in constant currency) to $19.8 million.

    In Other Southern Europe, revenues increased 0.6% (up 20.9% in constant currency) to $244.3 million from the year-ago quarter. Operating profit rose 9% (up 29.7% in constant currency) to $6.3 million.

    In Northern Europe, revenues fell 12.6% (up 4.5% in constant currency) to $1,335.6 million while operating profit decreased 22.5% (down 9.9% in constant currency) to $35.8 million, both on a year-over-year basis.

    In APME (Asia Pacific Middle East), revenues came in at $556.6 million, down 6.3% (up 5.7% in constant currency) year over year. The segment’s operating profit came in at $18.5 million, down 11.4% (down 0.9% in constant currency) from the prior-year quarter.

    Also, revenues from Right Management decreased 9.6% (down 1.5% in constant currency) year over year to $72.2 million. The company posted operating income of $11.7 million, down 8.5% (down 4% in constant currency) from the year-ago quarter.

    Other Financial Details

    ManpowerGroup ended the quarter with cash and cash equivalents of $465.9 million, long-term debt of $390.7 million and shareholders’ equity of $2,858 million.

    The company incurred capital expenditure of $20.1 million during the first half of fiscal 2015 and bought back $187 million worth of shares.

    Guidance

    Including a negative impact of 24 cents from foreign exchange, ManpowerGroup expects third-quarter 2015 earnings per share in the range of $1.50 to $1.58. The current Zacks Consensus Estimate for third-quarter stands at $1.54 per share.

    Revenues are expected to fall 6% to 8%, reflecting a negative impact of about 13% from currency fluctuations.

    On constant currency basis, revenues are expected to grow in the range of 5% to 7% while earnings are estimated to be $1.78 per share. Revenues in the Americas are expected to grow 3% to 5%. In Northern Europe, revenue growth is expected to be 3% to 5% while Southern Europe will have slightly higher revenue growth of 6% to 8%. Revenue in Asia Pacific Middle East is expected to be around 12% to 14%

    Management expects trends in the current quarter to be similar to those the third quarter of fiscal 2014 for the Right Management business. Gross margin is expected to increase moderately driven by cost cuts while operating margin will likely remain flat or increase in marginally.

    Je investering USG was nog boven een koers van 14?

    Zit er al sinds 2008 in dus ja heb nog wel even te gaan.
    Heb inmiddels wel 450 LT Call opties die beginnen te renderen.
    Gaat hij vallen dan hoor je mij niet meer klagen want heb ook de €5 meegemaakt en toen was het wel even heel spannend of we alles binnen boord konden houden. Saved by the Bell maar had ook helemaal verkeerd kunnen aflopen. Altijd het volste vertrouwen in het bestuur en RvC gehad en dat helpt wel om te overleven. Ga al voorzichtig wat magnums koud zetten want inderdaad Tatje: hij kan zo maar vallen!!!
