Obviously the team believes that Galapagos is not valued at a proper price considering what they have with 0634 and the other drugs in the pipeline.

I don't want to be an negative a-hole all the time, but really? Show me a management team that thinks the company is valued correctly? And what is the difference between telling the major players their story and have them buy in Europe vs gIPO in US? It is promotion, and collection of money. Nothing wrong with that, but nothing more either (imho).
