    Victor Muller is the only one left on the board of Saab Automobile and information to di.se talking about a bankruptcy filing is imminent. But what happens when a bankruptcy of Saab Automobile? Di.se explain the concepts.
    
    Information for di.se alleges that Victor Muller and Swedish Automobile (Swan) is preparing a bankruptcy filing for Saab Automobile.
    
    And on Monday announced the proposed Saab CEO Martin Larsson, he leaves the board of Saab Automobile. This means that Victor Muller is the only one left on the board, in addition to their duties as Chairman and CEO of Saab Automobile.
    
    Later on Monday, trading was halted Swan shares on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange after a fall of around 20 percent.
    
    On Monday afternoon, the district court in Vanersborg not received any bankruptcy filing.
    
    But if Victor Muller fails to shake up more money and instead file for bankruptcy for Saab Automobile - what happens then?
    
    First What happens when a bankruptcy?

    In Saab's case, there is confusion about what can be sold and not in a bankruptcy, because much is pledged.
    
    It is uncertain what will happen with technology that GM owns the rights to the event of bankruptcy. According to GM technology licenses may not be sold at a bankruptcy.
    
    Half of Saab's real estate has been sold to a consortium, and, according to di.se accrue to the entire real estate consortium in a bankruptcy.
    
    The Debt Office has pledged the shares in the subsidiaries Saab Parts and Saab Tools, and goes to the National Debt Office in a bankruptcy.
    
    The brand can be seen as an asset, but because it is shared with other companies, there are restrictions. The name can not be sold as single asset without both defense company Saab and truck manufacturer Scania accepts it.
    
    Debts to supplier companies are unsecured claims, as are taxes. Saab's debts to subcontractors have been estimated at 2 billion.
    
    Second How does a bankruptcy Trollhättan and the region?
    
    A bankruptcy would almost double the unemployment rate in Trollhattan. Unemployment would rise 11-20 percent, thus making every fifth Trollhättebo unemployed.
    
    Is Saab in bankruptcy affected about 5,000 people, of whom about 3700 work at Saab.
    
    The effect on unemployment, however, would be limited in Västra Götaland, which has 1.6 million inhabitants.
    
    Any bankruptcies among subcontractors is not expected, as many already have reduced their dependence on Saab.
    
    Third Can someone buy the whole company at a bankruptcy and push it further?
    
    According to attorney Rolf Åbjörnsson there are stakeholders who want to buy the Saab and continue to carry on industrial operations in Trollhättan. Valuable assets is, in his industrial property with industrial equipment, know-how and Swedish engineering.
    
    But there are some questions about what can be sold at a bankruptcy, see above.
    
    4th How is Saab Owner of a bankruptcy?
    
    There are about half a million Saab cars in Sweden, so it is expected to be a profitable business supplying the market with replacement parts even after bankruptcy, until the fleet has become so small that it no longer pays.
    
    Parts Saab Parts Company accrues to the Debt Office in a bankruptcy, which can either run the company on or sell it.
    
    The recent trips around the Saab has affected the resale value negative, but the risk of bankruptcy is already excluded from today's prices and is expected to have little effect as Saab återförsäljarförening.
    
    The dealer is responsible for the guarantee and the stands even if Saab goes bankrupt.
