    Revenue for fiscal 2006 was $104 Million; Revenue in Quarter 4 2006 was $28 Million (4% increase over Quarter 3 2006 revenue)
    Net income for fiscal 2006 was $613,000 or $0.03 basic earnings per share compared to net income of $93,000 and basic earnings per share of $0.01 in fiscal 2005
    Operating Income rose from $200,000 in fiscal 2005 to $1.45 Million in fiscal 2006
    Fiscal year 2006 was a period of vital intrinsic growth for Pegasus in which the Company faced many obstacles, but continued to accomplish goals that were set forth internally.     Clean 10K- Prior dilution explained
    There was another 2 mill shares issued for debt at, I assume ,the same .06 price as relates to this

    "The Company is obligated on notes payable amounting to $145,000 remaining
    balance which were undisclosed when current management took control of the shell
    company. These notes were entered into at various times in 2003 and were 2 year
    notes, all of which have matured. The notes were entered into by a wholly owned
    subsidiary but are convertible into common stock of the parent company at the
    discretion of the holder. Management two steps back failed to disclose these
    notes to subsequent management, thus current management was unaware of their
    existence."

    As such if the conversion rate is the same there is about 2.5 mill additional exposure here if the holder converts. This is why they did not just pay it off the holder had the option.

    Funding came from a $2 mill increase in the line of credit to $2.5 total not through dilution to Knabb. IMO he want this to go up and is working out the unknown notes as best he can.He knows what cheap dilution to him would do long term to the PPS.

    No subsequent events reported other then the Freeport plant which means . NO LARGE Dilution so far in 07--WE still own all subs.

    Knabb took NO cash pay in 06.

    Working on updated Cyn and other new products.

    We have 500 employees. ( Not a sham Co)

    Cash flow effected by this:

    "The use of cash by operations was generated by
    significant cash expenditures related to the final development of the CynaLynx
    product for market as well as for the relocation of the Milmont facility to
    Freeport, Grand Bahama."

    Not sure how much was Freeport related as of 12/31--More in 07 ( from line of credit IMO)

    Overall not bad 10K-- Seen ALOT worse in cos selling alot higher. I dont see why they cant squeeze $3-$5 mill in profit out of this $100+ rev. once they hit their stride.

    Long time no seen. Ales kits bij sdj? Ik zit hier nog in en wacht net zo lang tot dat ie weer eens gaat stijgen. Ze maken geld dus kwestie van tijd. Hopen dat het management wat witte pluimpjes gaat scoren bij de belegger en wat vertrouwen goed maakt. Thans naar 0,01 gedaald.
    Pharming weer low oude niveau.
