   This Ta issue is nonsense-its part of the shorters handbook to falsely accuse EVERY company of dilution as part of the culture of fear carefully fostered for profit.
   I guess the very fact the coordinated attack is focusing on a relatively mundane issue is actually evidence to those in the know that there are no major problems.
   
   There is no dilution and the TA is not gagged. CWRN has said so on the website blog and in PR's -the proof so many keep asking for
   
   And CWRN has said many times they will not dilute-they dont need to.
   Many may not understand that once a company achieves good positive net income like CWRN they dont need to dilute and in fact its SOP to begin buyback at some point as CWRN has PR'd they will do.
   
   CWRN is one of very few companies at this greatly undervalued pps where u dont have to worry about dilution. Almost all others at this pps have some dilution going on because they dont have net income. At this pps many companies dont even have a product!!!
   So this chosen play re TA is even more ridiculous.
   
   From the I believe April 5 web log update CWRN said the TA was not gagged-anybody is free to look that up.
   
   In each of the last PR's and probably PR's before that the company has provided the share structure and said things like the following from the last PR:
   
   "CWRN Current Share Structure: The Company has stated that it is not currently providing any Market Awareness nor is it involved with the market in any way. The share price of the Company's stock is solely dictated by the market further to that the share structure has not changed since year 2010, nor does the company intend to participate in any trade programs designed to offer company shares.
   
   In other words, not even employee or management stock options!
   
   The sentence re market awareness is designed to tell otc CWRN is not running any newsletter promotions(most of which are scams anyway)-it was false accusations of newsletter promotions that got cwrn the improper class-see my Jan 13,14 2011 posts.
   
   That sentence has been turned upside down along w the "nor is it involved w the market in any way" by the same people who falsely accused of promotion as a master game move to mean something negative.
   So its fair to point out that those phrases are additional confirmation of no dilution. This nonstop pathological lying for profit to stir the pot is why I think shorting should be eliminated.
