    misschien wel leuk om die hier te plaatsen.
    en als niet leuk, dan verdwijnt het draadje wel weer ;-))

    zijn geruchten die je leest hoor,
    zijn er een aantal up gegaan gisteren, en aardig ook, maar de olieramp die is waarschijnlijk nog lang niet voorbij dus ze zouden nog best verder up kunnen gaan..

    pinkies die ik tot nu toe tegen ben gekomen zijn

    this is the letter posted on Mop web By a BP employee.

    During four separate occasions we have had the opportunity to observe the MOP® absorbent product's performance. Three were hard surface spills of various hydrocarbon products (i.e. 30w oil, transmission fluid, heavy naphtha, diesel oil, and blended heavy sop oils). On each occasion the absorbents picked up all of the products leaving no apparent residue. We mixed water at some sights and the hydrophobic properties allowed the absorbent to hold the products while allowing the water to run free and clean of oil.

    The other test was with booms and pillows in shore line fresh water. The booms and pillows performed above the standards established by other booms (1.e. polypropylene). The booms had excellent penetration and adequately contained the product spill.

    The material is light weight and more economical than the competitive brands we have used. We are extremely pleased with its performance and cost, and would recommend serious consideration of the product before using an alternative.

    eentje heeft over de next microsoft,hahahah

    I really hope for your sakes that this can hit .1 and you can make your quick 9k. Many of us have been sitting on this for years (3-4) and watched it tank when we had hopes for success under other names, mergers, etc. As for me, getting to .1 will barely allow me to break even. I am still waiting for this to become the next microsoft that the CNBC report said it was. Call me stubborn but I won´t be happy till this hits 1.00, extatic at 10.00 and overwhelmed at 20.00 Believe me, I am keeping my fingers crossed on this on this time. I sent out over 30 messages to congressman, news stations, environmental groups
    , The coast guard, etc. In fact the coast guard did reply, I will post their comment later. Lets all do our part to FORCE this product into the hands and eyes of the nation and world.

    zeker de moeite waard om te volgen maandag.

    This is the email I rec. from MOP after speaking with BP at there Houston facility last night #281-366-2000. Explaining to them that one of there saftey specialist, has tested mop and recommended using it..
    They were very responsive...I contacted Charles and told him of my conversation ... I would recommend other share holders contacting BP at the above number

    Many of you have written to ask if MOP Maximum Oil Pickup oil absorbent could be helpful in the spill in the Gulf of Mexico right now.

    The answer is an unequivocal YES. MOP could be used in many ways but the highest and best use right now is in the littoral zone close to the shore where MOP can be used to lock up the oil so that it doesn’t damage the fragile ecosystem and fisheries of the region.

    We have offered the following thanks to a generous offer from a MOP friend and shareholder:

    We have offered to ship a container of MOP absorbent with the equipment necessary to deploy it. The full container could be deployed using our MOP Cannon in about 4 hours and lock up between 40 – 80 thousand gallons of oil. Additionally, We could have a second container ready to ship within a few days.

    We have left messages at the command center for LT Dauner of the US Coast Guard – one of the people who is leading efforts to coordinate help.

    Additionally, Wayne King has spoken with Catherine Williams the point person for BP on the phone and followed up with a message by email (as requested).

    We stand ready to ship the sorbent the moment we get an ok and Wayne King is prepared to travel to the area if we can be of assistance in the deployment.

    We are trying very hard to reach out to help and we believe that the folks working to contain the spill are acting heroically but we are frustrated that we have been unable to get the MOP into the hands of folks where it would do some good.

    MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. (MOPN-pk) CEO, Charles Diamond announces filing of a Provisional Patent on a New Technology for Ultra-Fast, Low-Cost, On-Site, Remediation of even the most recalcitrant of Oil Spills on Land.

    “Called “MOP® RESCUE™ (Maximum Oil Pickup – Rapid Environmental Spill, Clean Up & Elimination)”… we now accomplish in minutes what otherwise took years. I believe this will completely shift the existing paradigm for clean up of land-based oil spills to our new, on-site, ultra-fast, low-cost process,” said CEO, Diamond.

    “Until now, fast, on-site remediation of large land-based spills were exceedingly costly and impractical, leaving the choice to heavy fines for abandonment or costly removal of the contaminated soil for transport to a hazardous waste site to be replaced with clean soil.”

    Diamond further states: “We believe our MOP® RESCUE™ process is the answer for fast, low cost recovery of vast areas of already abandoned oil contaminated lands.”

    Profitable Oil Recovery:
    “The MOP® RESCUE™ process will offset the usual cost of remediation where a large quantity of oil is still present, since up to 95% of the oil is recoverable in a marketable form,” Diamond points out.

    Land Recovery:
    “The MOP® RESCUE™ process will restore oil contaminated soil permitting the land to be restored to productive, sustainable use.

    “We obviously have more work to do beyond our pilot models. Our current pilots were made to demonstrate and prove the MOP® RESCUE™ process. I believe we are now ready to pilot the first commercial size models with modifications to currently available, large, full scale equipment.” said Diamond.

    “Our testing demonstrates successful removal of oil from virtually any soil in 5 to 10 minutes, ready for return to the environment with the oil captured and removed. The MOP® RESCUE™ process works equally well regardless of oil saturation and any amount of water present from dry land to land totally covered in oil and/or water.”

    MOP Environmental Solutions’ mission is to produce the most cost-effective, performance-efficient oil spill recovery line of product that Out-Greens the competition. Consistent with our mission, the MOP® RESCUE™ process meets all the sustainability goals that we set before we began this project.
