Nou , dat was me een weekje wel.........

Bijgaand mijn grafiek update.

    CRXL (NASDAQ)

    C-QUENTIAL INC CL A
    Daily Commentary

Our system posted a BUY-IF today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 07.31.2007 (17) days ago, when the stock price was 21.1300. Since then CRXL has fallen -5.40% .

    BUY-IF

    19.990
    -0.3400 -1.67%

    Candlestick Analysis
    Today’s Candlestick Patterns:
    White Candlestick

Today a White Candlestick was formed. This represents normal buying pressure.

The BUY-IF alert is still valid. A confirmation today however is denied. The pattern is not rejected yet since the day was not a long black candlestick one. The market is currently testing your patience. Continue to do your homework by digesting all available information around.

The final judgment about the evolving pattern waits the next session. Either the alert will be confirmed by one of the valid confirmation criteria or the bullish alert will be void and null.

It is still your duty to check the confirmation criteria when the next session opens. Reminding briefly; a white candlestick with an upward gap, a white candlestick closing above previous close and a long white candlestick with a big downward gap is sufficient to confirm the BUY-IF alert though with a one day delay. Go long in any of these cases by respecting the benchmarks. In any other case, simply ignore the BUY-IF alert. The next session is the last chance we allow for confirmation. A confirmation failure renders the assumed bullish pattern totally invalid and starts the process of searching for a new pattern.

We do not yet suggest any new short positions given the bullish alert. The short sellers should consider covering their positions if the market confirms the BUY-IF signal. Otherwise, existing short positions should be carried.

This is a stock analysis done on the US Nasdaq chart. The only valid chart is the Eurochart. It did not have a white candlestick, but three gap down days in a row. Very odd. I am hoping it is the end of an exhaustion sell-off, with Friday forming a morning star on Monday(Morning star is a candlstick formed by gapping down, and never closing the gap, followed by a gap up day). Don't know how many options were out, put it may have made someone 1 euro for every .01 euro the stock was down on Friday.

Three gaps down in a row!
Only other time I have seen it is an ongoing accounting scandal.

First there was a 10% increase in PPS which was strange. Supposedly because of the Goldman Sacks short positions were suddenly liquidated because of liquidity problems.

But can't it be that Goldman Sacks pushed the price down to close their short positions with a profit before this expiration???

The giveaway on the 10% jump was the volume. Something was going on, and probably coordinated between a short having to buy, and somebody wanting to liquidate a position...almost assuredly GO, a dutch hedge firm whose position in Crucell went fro 5.95% down to 3.65%, announced on August 10th.

The oddest gap down day was that last one. It almost surely should haveclosed it considering the change of sentiment when the Fed announced the dropping of the Discount rate, but it never did. 4.70 is also the intersection of two trend lines, one from 2001 going up, and one from February 2007 going down. Technically, Monday is an important day.

So you think (if no odd things happen) the friday gap should be closed (i am not a TA expert).

No, technically, for a morning star, it gaps back up through the gap(as compared to closing it. And I'm not sure what to expect.

Brus et al wanted to be a biotech company without the biotech burn. Well, they have gotten it, but it is being valued like a struggling vaccine maker.
As far as I can tell, they have been given no credit for any pipeline improvement.

    Ron,

Probably the 3 down gaps are caused by the manipulations of sp to let expire derivates such as options, not so important these time, but more important, the speeders and turbo's wich are very polular in Dutch-play-land !

Past friday 3 series (speeders + turbo) have broken through there stopp-loss limit @14,80 and @14,60 by opening and @14,00 around midday. Important sell-orders are coming than to market who triggers new stop-loss limits of regular investors. Important that a big party is ready to catch those cheap shares (probably the Lego-man ?).

    Next stop-loss limit @13,70 isn't fallen yet.

    Three words for today's chart

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    Abandoned Baby Bullish

    Pattern: Reversal
    Trend: Bullish
    Reliability: High

    How to Identify it

First day is usually a long black day

Second day is a doji that gaps in the direction of the previous trend

The third day is a white day, gapping in the opposite direction, with no overlapping shadows

    What it Means

In a downtrend, the market bolsters the bearish trend with a long black day and gaps open on the second day. However, the second day trades within a small range and closes at or near its open. This scenario definitely shows the potential for a rally, as many positions have been changed. Confirmation of the trend reversal is given by the white third day, and is well defined by the upward gap.

Duidelijke divergentie tussen RSI7 en STO7 wat duidt op een trendomkeer. Het volume van vandaag is echter aan de lage kant. Bevestiging van de nieuwe trend is nodig.

    Cross fingers !
You can uncross them now. The lack of volume, and the lack of follow through say yesterday was a just a product of last week's weirdness.

Down we go to at least test the old lows.
