eFoodSafety.com, Inc. to Commence Protocol Testing of Bird Flu Formula on a Wide Range of Infectious Diseases in Thailand with the Goal of Testing on Live Subjects
Wednesday July 5, 10:30 am ET

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 2006--Patricia Gruden, President/CEO of eFoodSafety.com, Inc. (OTCBB: EFSF - News), announced today the opportunity for the Company to ultimately test its Citroxin formulation on the Bird Flu virus on live subjects in Thailand after protocol testing of a wide range of infectious diseases. The Company's Citroxin formulation was hand-delivered by a Company representative to the National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (BIOTEC), a branch of the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) located in the greater Bangkok metropolitan area.

The NSTDA was established in 1991 by the Royal Government of Thailand and officially commenced its operation in 1992. The establishment of NSTDA, unlike other public science and technology organizations in Thailand, was unique as it was aimed to "be the Agency with a high degree of autonomy and mobility unbound by the normal rules, procedures, and regulations of governmental bureaucracy" in order to "conduct, support, coordinate, and promote efforts in scientific and technological development between the public and private sectors towards maximal benefit for national development." Since its establishment, NSTDA has served as the hub where leading scientists and experts meet and work to tackle scientific and technological issues of imminent concern to both national and international communities.

The significance of testing in a region that has been affected by the bird flu virus will allow for the opportunity for the Company's Citroxin formula ultimately to be tested, after background protocol testing on other infectious diseases, on live subjects.

"It was recent favorable testing results of our Citroxin formulation on the bird flu in the United States that has brought about the opportunity to test abroad at one of Thailand's most prestigious agencies, the NSTDA. To have the opportunity to test the Citroxin formulation on live subjects in a region with conclusive evidence confirming the existence of the bird flu virus in animals and humans is very significant," stated Mrs. Gruden.

The KonLin Letter Issues Follow-up Report on eFoodSafety.com Inc. in Its July 2006 Issue

The KonLin Letter States That 'EFSF is on the Verge of Explosive Revenue Growth'

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 11, 2006--Patricia Ross-Gruden, president and CEO of eFoodSafety.com Inc. (OTCBB: EFSF - News), announced today that The KonLin Letter issued a Follow-Up Report on eFoodSafety.com Inc. in its July 2006 issue. The KonLin Letter reiterates its "Strong Buy" recommendation of EFSF stock.

According to Konrad Kuhn, editor of The KonLin Letter, Patricia Gruden has done a masterful job of repositioning the company and setting the stage for eFoodSafety.com Inc. to become a dominant player in the scar cream and diabetes markets, while bringing the company to the forefront with potential solutions in both the Lyme disease and bird flu arenas.

The KonLin Letter, a 25-year-old investment advisory newsletter noted for its fundamental and technical analysis of individual stocks and market movements, does not accept compensation for its analyses of selected companies. The report includes a review of the latest developments of the company, the company's market position and potential advantages, along with fundamentals and statistics.

Kuhn cited the following reasons for his July 2006 follow-up recommendation:

    * First quarter revenue for 2006-2007 should exceed the total revenue for all of the four quarters in Fiscal Year 2005-2006.
    * The bird flu formulation currently is in patent pending status and could be entering a multibillion-dollar market shortly. More news is anticipated on this product. Indications are that additional testing is ongoing.
    * The sales of Cinnergen(TM) from both its Direct Response Marketing Campaign and retail sales are exceeding initial expectations.
    * The Lyme's formulation is undergoing human clinical trials and initial results indicate it could become the only treatment known to treat long-term chronic Lyme disease.
    * In fiscal year 2006-2007, the anti-acne product sales are expected to commence with long-term sales estimated in the $200 million range. It is anticipated that a high-profile celebrity and brand name will be announced soon.

"I've said it before and I'll say it again, never before have I seen a company with such huge upside potential in so many multibillion-dollar arenas, in my 25-year history as a newsletter writer," stated Kuhn.

Zie onderstaand bericht. Koers reageert altijd bijzonder scherp op berichten over de vogelgriep. Zeker als ze, zoals in dit geval, door het bedrijf zelf de ether in worden geslingerd.

Konlin is dus uitermate enthousiast over efsf.

efoodSafety.com Inc. Reports That the Bird Flu Has Spread From Human to Human
Thursday July 13, 10:10 am ET

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 13, 2006--Patricia Ross-Gruden, president and CEO of eFoodSafety.com Inc. (OTCBB: EFSF - News), announced today that eFoodSafety.com Inc. confirms reports that the bird flu virus has spread from human to human.

A report from Indonesia stated that a woman contracted the H5N1 virus, spread it to her 10-year-old son, and five other blood relatives. All but one who contracted the virus had died.

On Nov. 7, 2005, Lee Jong-Wook, leader of the World Health Organization (WHO), stated, "It is only a matter of time before an avian-flu virus -- most likely H5N1 -- acquires the ability to be transmitted from human to human, sparking the outbreak of human pandemic influenza. We don't know when this will happen. But we do know that it will happen."

The recent findings in Indonesia provide proof that the bird flu virus has now inevitably begun to spread between humans.

In the June 24, 2006, edition of the Washington Times, United Nations Bird Flu Chief David Nabarro said this is a "vivid reminder of the need to keep a very close watch on what the virus is doing." A pandemic of bird flu would be an unprecedented disaster. Economically, the World Bank warned that a bird flu pandemic could cause global gross domestic product to drop by 2 percent -- or about $800 billion a year. It is difficult to estimate a reasonable death count, but WHO forecasts have consistently remained at 2 million to 7.4 million deaths worldwide."

Ongoing testing of eFoodSafety.com Inc.'s bird flu formulation -- Citroxin -- is currently under way in this Far Eastern region. Gruden commented, "We specifically began testing in Thailand to be as close as possible to the 'hot spot' where this potential pandemic could break out."

eFoodSafety.com Inc. Reports Completion of Clinical Trials on Talsyn-CI/bid Scar Cream
Thursday August 24, 10:10 am ET
Overwhelmingly Favorable Results in a Comparative Analysis-Cohort Study with Talsyn-CI/bid Scar Cream vs. Silicone-Based Scar Cream Products

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 24, 2006--Richard M. Goldfarb, M.D., FACS, president and CEO of MedElite Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of eFoodsafety.com Inc. (OTCBB:EFSF - News), announced today that after completion of a 12-week study, Talsyn CI/bid statistically and significantly outperformed the silicone-based scar products in all categories including aesthetic appearance. Patient preference for Talsyn CI/bid was 94%.

The study design used each product on the same patient over different areas of a scar. This eliminated any bias in the individual ability to heal.

"The completion of this study enables us to provide documentation that will lead to a high level of confidence when recommending the use of Talysn CI/bid to physicians," stated Dr. Goldfarb.

"As physicians, we rely heavily on scientific data in order to make a determination of the effectiveness of products we suggest to our patients. This study will provide our marketing team the convincing documentation to present to physicians and should boost the sale of Talysn CI/bid to the physician market," added Dr. Goldfarb.

MedElite President Dr. Richard Goldfarb stated, "After nearly one year of market testing, planning and establishing ourselves with a premiere distributor such as MedX, Inc., we are now ready to fully launch the Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid scar cream worldwide. Acquiring the manufacturing rights to the Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid scar cream and the other products in the Talsyn(TM) line was a major step towards expanding the products' worldwide distribution. Importantly, acquiring the manufacturing rights facilitates stronger earnings leverage by potentially increasing profit margins while still allowing us the opportunity to control and meet the demand and fulfillment projections of MedX, Inc."

Dr. Goldfarb further stated, "Physicians' initial reactions to the Talsyn(TM)-CI/bid scar cream have been overwhelmingly positive. Not only have the physicians been supportive of the products' effectiveness but the results have further been solidified by our own clinical study. Our most compelling competitive advantage is that the product can be applied anywhere and does not stain clothes or leave a stick residue like the competitors' silicone-based products."

eFoodSafety.com, Inc. Reports Bird Flu Testing Underway in Thailand
Thursday November 2, 9:30 am ET
Company expects this testing process to reaffirm already favorable results it has received on the U.S. testing of Citroxin on the H5N1 Bird Flu virus

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--eFoodSafety.com, Inc. (OTCBB: EFSF - News), dedicated to improving health conditions around the world through innovative products and technologies, today announced that testing of the Company's Citroxin product on the Bird Flu using live tissue samples is currently underway.

The testing is being conducted by Innova Biotechnology Co. Ltd., which is one of Thailand's largest private biotechnology company's, specializing in advanced research, development and manufacturing of rapid test immunodiagnostic test devices for health care applications. The company is a joint venture enterprise between leading private business and scientists, and the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and is supported be the National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (BIOTEC) and the National Innovation Agency.

The Company expects this testing process to reaffirm the already favorable results it has received on the U.S. testing of Citroxin on the Avian Influenza A Flu virus. After the Company has received test results confirming continued success, live subject testing can begin on the product immediately.

The slight delays the Company experienced in getting this testing underway dealt with the clear definition of testing protocol issues due to the major concern of Bird Flu in this region and the world as a whole. The significance of establishing a defined protocol procedure allows the company to begin live subject testing without further delays.

Patricia Gruden, President and CEO of eFoodSafety.com, Inc. stated "We are pleased to have commenced live tissue testing at the respected National Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology. Over the several past months, we have methodically progressed to this point with a keen understanding that the implications of successful live tissue testing of Citroxin could be substantial. It is with this that we have diligently followed the defined protocol to ensure accuracy relating to the products effectiveness on the Bird Flu Virus."

Gruden further commented, "Based on previous U.S. testing, we remain cautiously optimistic that our Citroxin product will have a material impact in immobilizing this potential pandemic. It remains our intention to immediately communicate these results to our shareholders upon receipt of them."
