    Schiphol-Rijk—Priority Telecom (Euronext Amsterdam: PRIOR) announced today that it will receive an amount of approximately EUR 2 million from a foundation (Stichting) of alternative providers of business telecommunications services.

    OPTA, the Dutch Telecommunications regulator, concluded an investigation into discounts given by KPN to certain fixed telephony and leased lines business customers. As a result of this investigation, OPTA has fined KPN and KPN has offered compensation of EUR 18 million to a foundation in which several competitors have joined forces. The parties involved have accepted the offer by KPN. Priority Telecom will, as a result of this, receive an amount of approximately EUR 2 million. This one-off gain will be received and accounted for during the fourth quarter of 2005.
