    Silver Hart Exploration Update

    Vancouver, B.C.: CMC Metals Ltd. (the "Company") is pleased to announce it has commenced the 2011 exploration program at the Silver Hart site. The goal for the program is to extract up to a 2500 tonne bulk sample, conduct a detailed geochem survey over one of the base geochem survey anomalies, and drill test the geochem anomaly. Last year the Company extracted a logistical 130.8 dry tonne bulk sample and received $445,000. The larger sample this year will be testing the viability to bulk mine the TM structure in preparation for submitting an extension to the Class III Exploration permit with on-going bulk sampling.

    The geochem anomaly being tested shows a linear alignment and similar striking direction as the KL and M zones and is situated between these two mineralized structures. Last year several subcrop samples were collected that contained massive galena similar to the KL zone. Based on the preliminary data, the Company has determined that the area has a potential to host a mineralized structure. After completing the detail geochem survey, several shallow drill holes will be drilled to test the structure continuity and mineralization. The base geochem survey identified over 20 linear anomalies that can be tested for additional mineralized zones. As the Company moves forward with bulk samples, the exploration of the geochem anomalies will assist in developing new zones that can support the depletion of resources from the TM surface mine.

    During the 2011 exploration season in the Yukon, the Company will also be conducting a Class I exploration investigation of the Logjam property. A baseline recon investigation and sampling in the two adits will be performed to collect sufficient data to develop a multiple year exploration program. The data will also support the development of a Class III Exploration application. The Logjam property is 80 km to the southwest of the Silver Hart property and boarders the to the Logtung deposit.

    Here are a few of the things in the works:

    A senior geologist who resides in Indonesia and is very familiar with the project is arriving this week-end and we will be reviewing the status of Tewah and other opportunities;
    We are in contact with another senior Indonesian geologist who used to work for us and is now available again to spear head the project;
    He in turn has recommended that we retain a former mines department engineer to assist us in title matters.

    So we now have proper representation over there and hopefully will be able to resolve the various title impasses.

    We have also been offered a series of other properties within the former concession to joint venture or purchase. These will be looked at if and when the title matter is resolved.

    It certainly is taking longer than anticipated and it is frustrating. I apologize.

    Door de regels heen klinkt het vrij positief dat ze meer kennis en dergelijk in huis halen. Dat geeft mij aan dat er wel degelijk wat te halen valt met het Tewah project, en wellicht andere projecten.
    Wellicht dat ik mijn positie nog een klein beetje uitbreid naar 40k.

    Leuke noot: vorig jaar stond de koers ook rond de 0.08-0.10 en ging toen binnen een week naar 0.30 (+200%!) door o.a. het Tewah bericht. In mijn inziens een mooie slapende tijger:)

    Het probleem bij PTU is inderdaad de slechte berichtgeving over uranium gerelateerde bedrijven, en op t moment is er inderdaad weinig animo om te beleggen in uranium.
    Bij Waseco ligt het eerder in de berichtgeving, of beter gezegd, het gebrek hier aan. Het Tewah project is een project in de goudsector, en in het plan is te lezen dat ze verwachten dat de kosten ongeveer 136 dollar per ounce zijn. De huidige prijs is schommelt zo rond de 1500 dollar..
    Dus in dat opzicht is het 'nieuwe' potentieel vrij groot.

    Dit is een kort overzichtje van het orderboekje van Waseco, de bid/ask gaat nog langer door, maar deze info is redelijk relevant.
    De bid op 0.10 is zelfs 520.000 geworden zie ik nu.
