    Mobileye IPO
    A source told TechCrunch the IPO is expected to take about six months, a timeline that suggests it has not yet started the typical IPO roadshow process.

    A source familiar with Intel’s plans to list shares of Mobileye told Reuters the unit could be valued at more than $50 billion. The Wall Street Journal first reported Intel’s intent to sell shares of Mobileye.

    Stellantis targets $23B in additional revenues from software
    Working with partners such as Foxconn and Waymo, automaker plans to have 34 million connected vehicles on the streets by 2030

    Stellantis plans to generate around 4 billion euros ($4.5 billion) in additional annual revenues by 2026 and around 20 billion euros ($23 billion) by 2030 from software-enabled product offerings and subscriptions.

    Presenting its long-term software strategy on Tuesday, the automaker said it expected to have 34 million connected vehicles on the streets by 2030 from 12 million now.

    Stellantis said that, starting from 2024, it would deploy three new technological platforms powered by artificial intelligence, to be named STLA Brain, STLA SmartCockpit, and STLA AutoDrive.

    ps: koers wordt telkens weer met kleine aantallen teruggezet ...... het mag nog niet écht omhoog
    Als IndiGO eind 2022 'the streets hits', dan zijn er al deals gesloten die nog niet openbaar zijn.
    Maak 1 zo'n deal bekend en het trekt andere OEM's over de streep en de koers over de 8,50

    Stellantis wil 20 miljard investeren in software voor de auto, net op CNBC. Waarom als er al een hapklare brok ligt voor pak hem beet 5 miljard dmv aankoop TT. Ook de absurde hoge waardering beteffende Mobileye wat een omzet heeft, die het dubbele is van TT, moet toch ook eens ogen openen

    Stellantis and Foxconn have signed a memorandum of understanding to co-design a family of dedicated microcontrollers that will eventually cover 80 percent of Stellantis’ needs, the companies said.

    The partnership is especially critical as automakers grapple with a persistent shortage of semiconductors that control almost every function in today’s highly advanced cars.

    The shortfall has cost automakers millions of vehicles in lost production, led to automakers prioritizing some models at the expanse of others, and even building cars without certain options. It is not expected to ease until 2022.

    Stla SmartCockpit, created on Stla Brain, will integrate with the digital lives of the vehicle’s occupants to create a customizable “third space”.

    Studies show that customers spend an average of four years of life in their vehicles and this figure continues to rise. Stellantis SmartCockpit, powered by the Mobile Drive joint venture between Stellantis and Foxconn, offers AI-based applications such as navigation, voice assistance, ecommerce market and payment services.

    (RTTNews) - Auto group Stellantis N.V. (STLA) and Taiwanese electronics giant Hon Hai Precision Industry Co., or popularly known as Foxconn, Tuesday announced a new joint venture, called Mobile Drive.

    Mobile Drive will focus on making "smart cockpit" for vehicles that will feature navigation, voice assistance and payment services.

    Mobile Drive will be equally owned by Stellantis and Foxcon. The partnership has combined Foxconn's capabilities in ICT industry and smart solutions, with Stellantis' expertise in the automotive sector, ensuring the growth of Mobile Drive.

    "Its roadmap of software innovations will include artificial intelligence-based applications, navigation, voice assistance, e-commerce store operations, and payment services integration, amongst others," the companies said in a joint statement

    De founders suggereren met het koersverloop ook een dirty exit. Laat maar komen zou ik zeggen.
