Dockwise Express

SNS Securities sluit niet dat Boskalis-Westminster het bod op Dockwise nog ietsiepietsie verhoogt. Uit de morning note van zojuist:

"We would not be surprised if Boskalis offers a little extra to the remaining Dockwise shareholders in order to sweeten the bid and smooth the acquisition process. For HAL it does not really matter as it is ~30% shareholder in both companies and an increase of the offer price by one EUR will only cost an additional ~EUR 27m (assuming that HAL gets the same conditions as other shareholders), or EUR 0.26 per Boskalis share."

Intussen heeft KBC Securities al een vinkje gezet bij de overname van TNT Express door UPS, ook al uit de morning call van zojuist:

"This news follows this week’s hearings and is a logic step in the process. We believe it indeed shows that UPS and TNT Express continue to be fully committed to the merger and are working closely with the EC in order to gain competition clearance allowing completion of the transaction in early 2013."

" No further details were provided and this article seems to corroborate with a Bloomberg article of earlier this week stating TNT Express and UPS would be in discussion with DPD, while also holding talks with GLS and FedEx."

Kepler is een stuk sceptischer, het huis moet nog zien of de overname doorgaat.

Kepler achtte kans op 'bidwar' bij TNT zeer groot, nu de kans op doorgang overname op nihil. Zullen we ze maar niet al te serieus nemen? #mg
