Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    goeie vraag, zou het eerlijk gezegd niet zo 1,2,3 meer weten. volgens mij ergens via een messageboard, yahoo of ihub. of het uit een officiële mededeling kwam weet ik echt niet meer. vandaar ook mijn voorbehoud "schijnt". maar dit bedrijfje is compleet ondoorzichtig, nieuws hoef je totaal niet te verwachten. voor mij ook een reden geweest om deze niet meer zo nauwgezet te volgen.

    kwam dit nog tegen op yahoo, niet gecheckt of het klopt, maar het zou logisch zijn:

    You do realize that their fiscal year ended on June 30, right? Their 10K is due now and as a non-accelerated filer, they have until Sept. 28 to file. They can also get a 15 day extension, so in reality it is not due until October 13. Considering that they just changed auditers, I wouldn't expect it to be out before then.

    in dat geval kan het dus nog even duren. ook yahoo zelf heeft bij de company events de cijfers op 13 oktober staan, maar dat komt niet altijd precies uit.

    we wachten gewoon af, op dit moment ziet het er niet goed uit, zelfs bij een flink groene beurs naar beneden.
    maar als de cijfers goed zijn kunnen we best weleens gaan knallen.

    China Insonline Corp (CHIO) failure to meet the NASDAQ Qualifications Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

    On August 25, 2010 (the “Notice Date”), the Registrant received a letter from NASDAQ Listing Qualifications (the “Letter”) indicating that from March 18, 2010 through July 8, 2010, China INSOnline (the “Company”) violated NASDAQ Listing Rule 5605(c)(2)(A) (the “Rule”),
    in that its Audit Committee did not consist of a minimum of three independent directors. In the Letter, NASDAQ Listing Qualifications recognized that it regained compliance with the Rule when appointed Mr. Xiaoshuang Chen, an independent director, to the Company’s Audit Committee on July 8, 2010.

    A red flag but expected. They need all the money to turn the business around, so an expensive NASDAQ listing would hurt their financial position.
    We drop our coverage because of recent events.

    China INSOnline entered into letter of intent to merge with Dingneng Bio-Technology (CHIO) 0.23 +0.02 : Co announced that it has entered into a letter of intent dated September 27, 2010 related to a proposed transaction offered by Dingneng Bio-Technology Co., Ltd. to acquire common shares of CHIO through merger, direct exchange or any other form in one or a series of mutually agreed upon transactions. In connection with the transaction, Dingneng will become a subsidiary of CHIO.

    "Going Concern

    We received a report from our independent registered public accountants, relating to our June 30, 2010 audited consolidated financial statements, containing an explanatory paragraph regarding our ability to continue as a going concern.

    As a company with no operating business, management believes that the Company will not be able to generate cash flows sufficient for the next twelve months. Based upon our current limited cash resources and without the infusion of additional capital, management does not believe the Company can operate as a going concern beyond one year.

    Our consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America on a going concern basis, which contemplates the realization of assets and the satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. Accordingly, our consolidated financial statements do not include any adjustments relating to the recoverability of assets and classification of liabilities that might be necessary should we be unable to continue as a going concern.

    As a result of winding down all our core operations during the quarter ended June 30, 2010, we have classified the results of our operations as discontinued operations for all periods presented. Accordingly, the results of our operations for years ended June 30, 2010 and 2009 are not comparable."

    Wat een oplichters!
    Een tijdje geleden klaagden/claimden ze dat ze werden
    geshort en dit bij de Nasdaq hadden aangekaart en er
    alles aan zouden doen om de koers weer op een `normaal` niveau te krijgen. Je zou het nog geloven ook want ik kan geen enkele reden verzinnen waarom miljoenen stukken
    thans nog op dit niveau worden omgezet, anders dan een
    soort shortcovering bij een (terecht) crashende koers.
