    denk ik ludwig.

    Aan de andere kant, dit is toch wel een nivo zodanig dat ik niet meer uit zou stappen.

    Aan de andere kant, geen goede keuze als je op 1 bent ingestapt en op 5 ct er nog inzit.

    erg late reactie ............, dus toch nog blijven kijken hier, hoe komt dat toch..........

    dat je alleen mij iets wenst is nobel, en de anderen ........

    mijn geloofwaardigheid staat hier buiten natuurlijk.........

    jij haalt je winst weer terug bij een ander bedrijf, zo las ik, en dat is dan geluk, of inzicht?

    en bij gtcb ........... ach, het bedrijf heeft in ieder geval ballen, en als ik daar een separaat risicopotje in stop, is dat op termijn een geslaagde of niet geslaagde investering .........; en dan te bezien of het slim was van jou om niet meer in te stappen op dit niveau .....

    de arbitrage duurt veel te lang; het is dus veel complexer dan we ooit dachten;

    en dan kun je van alles in je hoofd halen (vergoedingen, toekomstverwachtingen die die de denen mislopen etc. kosten die ze genaakt hebben voor onderzoek, verrekening via schade bij gtcb door breuk, hoe veroorzaakt....., en ontvangsten eerste verkopen),maar we moeten wachten ..........;
    geluk dat uitspraak dan definitief is ......

    BAC Affinity Ligand Licensed for Clinical and Commercial Scale-up of LFB Biotechnologies' Recombinant Factor VIIa

    NAARDEN, Netherlands, Apr 13, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- BAC BV, the leading provider of antibody-based affinity purification technology, has announced that it has extended its license agreement with LFB Biotechnologies (Les Ulis, France), to cover the use of BAC's anti-Factor VIIa CaptureSelect(R) affinity ligand in the large-scale purification of recombinant human Factor VIIa (rhFVIIa).

    LFB Biotechnologies, a biopharmaceutical company working in the highly specialized field of plasma-derived medicinal and biotech products, began working with BAC in May 2008 to develop a custom-designed affinity ligand for the purification of the rhFVIIa product that it developed in partnership with GTC Biotherapeutics (GTCB).

    BAC and LFB Biotechnologies have now entered into a license agreement to use the custom ligand in larger-scale production processes. Under the terms of the agreement, LFB Biotechnologies will have license to use BAC's anti-FVIIa CaptureSelect ligand for the purification of rhFVIIa from transgenic animals expressing the recombinant protein during lactation.

    The CaptureSelect ligand has demonstrated ability to achieve high purity in downstream processing, and has the potential to enhance the cost reduction benefits of the transgenic expression system developed by LFB Biotechnologies and GTC Biotherapeutics. Factor VIIa is an essential protein for certain blood coagulation disorders. Recombinant FVIIa is used to treat and prevent bleeding episodes in hemophilia A and B patients with inhibitors to Factor VIII or Factor IX, and in patients with acquired hemophilia. It is also increasingly being used to treat uncontrollable hemorrhages.

    "Progressing from feasibility study to this scale-up stage is a critical time for both BAC and LFB Biotechnologies, which will be supported by the close and successful relationship that has developed between our two companies," commented Laurens Sierkstra, CEO at BAC.

    "Although the flexible nature of the CaptureSelect platform means that we can produce a ligand for any protein product, it has been extremely interesting to work with such a novel expression system." "This collaboration with BAC for the development of a specific ligand for our recombinant factor VIIa is a significant step for the downstream process of this strategic project" commented Sami Chtourou, Director of technology platforms and innovation at LFB Biotechnologies.

    BAC's CaptureSelect ligand technology uses a unique type of antibody fragment to create a highly specific affinity ligand for the single-step purification of any target protein. BAC has partnered with GE Healthcare to provide the anti-FVIIa ligand as a resin suitable for commercial-scale bioprocessing.

    LFB Biotechnologies will have full access to GE Healthcare's experience and support in fulfilling regulatory requirements during scale-up and ongoing production.

    GTC ENTERS INTO ATRYN® REGISTRATION LICENSE WITH BIO SIDUS ARGENTINA



    FRAMINGHAM, MA – April 13, 2010 -- GTC Biotherapeutics, Inc. (“GTC”, OTCBB: GTCB) of Framingham, Massachusetts, and BIO SIDUS S.A. (“Bio Sidus”) of Buenos Aires, Argentina, announced that they have entered into a Registration License Agreement under which Bio Sidus will perform all necessary actions to obtain sales authorizations for GTC’s lead product, ATryn®, in Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. It is anticipated that the review process in Argentina will be completed within a fast-tracked period of no less than six (6) months from the filing of the dossier with the regulatory authorities. The dossier will be similar to that which was successfully submitted to the US Food and Drug Administration. All expenses incurred with respect to the filing, prosecution and obtaining of the sales authorizations will be borne by Bio Sidus.



    A Product License agreement for the supply of material and marketing rights will be negotiated separately.

    De heren schrijven: we are very excited and extremely pleased, zie bovenstaand bericht.

    Een beetje bescheidenheid, daar hebben ze nog nooit van gehoord bij GTCB.

    De aandeelhouders zitten zonder uitzondering zeker de zittenblijvers, op bergen zward zaad, immers het aandeel is de laatste 2 jaar gedaald van 100 ct naar 5 ct, en de gentleman are exremely pleased and very excited en het bedrijf is reeds voor 80% in handen van de Fransen.
