Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    TO BE HELD ON MAY 17, 2018

    Dear Stockholder:

    You are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Aemetis, Inc. (the “Company,” “we” or “our”), which will be held at the offices of Shearman & Sterling LLP, 1460 El Camino Real, Floor 2, Menlo Park, California 94025, on Thursday, May 17, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. (Pacific Time).

    We discuss the matters to be acted upon at the meeting in more detail in the attached Notice of Annual Meeting and Proxy Statement. There are two specific items for which you are being asked to vote:

    - To elect one member of the Board of Directors to hold office for a three-year term, until his successor is duly elected and qualified; and,

    - To ratify the appointment of RSM US LLP as our independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018.

    We hope that you can attend the Annual Meeting. You may be requested to present valid, government-issued photo identification to gain admission to the Annual Meeting. Whether or not you plan to attend, you can be sure that your shares are represented at the meeting by promptly voting by one of the methods provided. Any stockholder of record attending the Annual Meeting may vote in person, even if that stockholder has returned a proxy or voted by telephone or the Internet. Your vote is important, whether you own a few shares or many.

    Ik ben al lang blij dat de uitgifte prijs het dubbele is van ruim een maand geleden, gaat steeds omhoog dus ik denk ook niet dat we weer ruim onder die 0,35 gaan komen dus wat dat betreft een mooi koop momentje, maar ik moet toch echt even wachten totdat mijn vakantiegeld en belastinggeld terug is (heb een huis gekocht afgelopen jaar dus er komt redelijk wat terug).
