Waar vind ik die ISIN code?

Google de naam van het instrument, aandeel etc. met de toevoeging 'ISIN'.

Als zoeken op ISIN code geen resultaten oplevert hebben wij het instrument of aandeel niet in onze koersendatabase.

    Omdat Jan met de pet aan het spelen is.
    Dat wordt een duur spelletje; als je voor 1 of 50 stuks Steinhoff gaat handelen. De transactiekosten zijn hoger. Kortom: de handel in 50.000/60.000/70.000 zijn m.i. orders van de kleine belegger.

    Professionele handelaren hebben andere afspraken met brokers en betalen niet per transactie.

    Dat snap ik. Maar allemaal 1 ordertjes voor deze bedragen. Dan zou je aan meer diverse bedragen denken en meerdere orders op elke koop en verkoop regel.

    Approval of the Scheme at least allows efforts to be made to bring the Steinhoff Global Settlement to fruition, with the benefits to the Scheme Creditors which will accrue if that is to happen, including not only the certainty which will flow from a cessation of the litigation hostilities affecting the Group, but also such matters as the grant of new security by the Company in respect of liabilities under the SEAG CPU (see above at [55]).

    If the Scheme is not approved, however, then the efforts to achieve the Steinhoff Global Settlement cannot proceed and the opportunity to bring it to fruition will be lost. The alternative presented is continuing uncertainty and the likely liquidation of the Group.

    Goed gevonden hoor! ab!

    Onbegrijplijke taal komt voort uit de gevoeligheid van het hele geheel natuurlijk. Let ook even op punt 127: In my judgment the Scheme is a fair one and there is no "blot in the scheme" which should prevent an order sanctioning it.

    Dit stuk laat vooral zien dat het voorstel (zowel voorstel 1 als 2) als eerlijk gezien wordt - dat is wel een kleine tik op de neus van de aanklagers..
