    Helaas heb ik daar donderdag ook toe besloten en alles op de beurs verkocht. Je ziet het ook in de daghandel dat onze dr. niet hoger dan 0.52 wil en mag gaan en op een uitkoopprocedure zit ik nou ook niet bepaald te wachten.
    Jammer, maar het is niet anders. Ik heb m'n verlies genomen en me er bij neergelegd.

    Doderdag 21.02.2013 is er i.v.m. verkoop Biolex een zitting gepland omtrent Locteron.

    Is dit de verklaring waarom Dr. Reddy's zo'n haast heeft om Octoplus in bezit te krijgen en van de beurs kan halen?

    Er blijven nog 6 handelsdagen over voor Dr. Reddy's om 1.9% = ca. 1 mio stuks aandelen te verkrijgen minus de ondertussen -voor ons onbekend aantal- aangemelde stukken. M.a.w., er blijft nog tijd genoeg over om evt. aan te melden, zeker nu er 21/02 een zitting is i.v.m. de rechten omtrent Locteron.

    Sedert bekendmaking van verlenging van het bod -5 handelsdagen- heeft Dr. Reddy's 220.222 stuks kunnen kopen en zijn dus van 92,7% naar 93,1% opgeschoven.

    Ook is niet publiekelijk gekend hoeveel aanbieders er nog zijn bijgekomen.

    Al met al zijn er nog aardig wat aandelen in omloop, waaronder er vermoedelijk nog 1 grotere aandeelhouder zal zijn.

    Dr. Reddy's koopt op E0,52 rond, de 7.500 stuks van vandaag op E0,521 zijn dus niet in hun bezit gekomen. Theoretisch lijkt het mij dat Dr. Reddy's die natuurlijk wel via tussenpersonen kan laten kopen die dan het verlies op de koop toe nemen.

    Het zal er verder nog vanaf hangen wat er met de verkoop van Biolex -Locteron en patenten gaat gebeuren donderdag a.s..
    Hopelijk is er iemand die dit kan achterhalen.

    Imho gaan we binnen no time van "slowly but surely" naar "in een vloek en een zucht". 98,2% lijkt me wel wat.

    French biotech Transgene has watched partnership prospects vanish for its experimental vaccine against hepatitis C over the past year, as all-oral regimens against the liver-damaging disease have quickly taken over as the future therapy of choice.As a result, Transgene CEO Philippe Archinard sees no immediate partnership in store for the hep C candidate, TG4040, and is now holding out hope that the therapeutic vaccine could find work in markets such as China where the adoption of new pills for the disease might be slower than major markets in the West, he told Bloomberg. And his company, backed by the wealthy Merieux family, has shifted focus to an experimental vaccine for hepatitis B.
    Transgene has developed the hep C vaccine for use with the standard injected therapy interferon, which causes flu-like symptoms that have kept many patients on the sidelines waiting for the new all-oral regimens that work quickly and could reduce adverse side effects. The field of interferon-free contenders moved quickly in a race to bring cures to the market, which is expected to explode with the expected arrival of the pills over the next several years.

    Also on the losing side of the hep C battle is Biolex, which was developing a timed-release version of interferon before throwing in the towel last year after burning through $190 million on research.
    Gilead Sciences ($GILD), AbbVie ($ABBV) and others have led the charge with late-stage programs for all-oral combos against hep C, causing problems for companies such as Vertex ($VRTX) with treatments on the market that involve interferon therapy. Sales of Vertex's Incivek fell 51% to $222.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2012 as hep C patients waited for the newer pills.
    Archinard understands that the time for interferon-based therapies for hep C is quickly ending."Given that the game is pretty much over for hepatitis C," the CEO told Bloomberg, "there are a lot of actors that want to position themselves on hepatitis B, where there is a huge medical need."

    @had ik maar: Losse flodder om aan te geven dat (imho) Dr. Reddy’s echt wel gaat zorgen om binnen de gestelde termijn over voldoende procentjes te beschikken. Die paar dissidenten komen later wel of zijn ineens spoorloos verdwenen….zoals dat wel vaker gaat met dissidenten.

    Zit Fagus of SurModies (beide kan niet want dan is het totaal boven de 100%) nog in Octoplus en wil die de strijd aanbinden? Niemand weet hoeveel er nog is aangemeld, dus de uitslag blijft in het ongewisse. Al met al niet zo'n transparante toestand en komt het neer op gokken....

    Zelf kan ik uiterlijk tot 12.00 uur via Binckbank(BE) aanmelden maar in feite is dit dus tot 18.00 uur mogelijk.

    Dr. Reddy's geeft dan wel te kennen zo snel als mogelijk de beursnotering te willen stopzetten maar......... wat als Dr. Reddy's blijft steken onder de 95%. Dan blijft Octoplus beursgenoteerd met 1 hoofdaandeelhouder die kan doen wat hij wil.

    Goede raad is duur maar om op deze manier weer -na IsoTis- een groot verlies "te moeten" nemen lijkt wel diefstal! Te meer daar wij geen weet hebben voor welk bedrag de grootaandeelhouders zijn uitgekocht. Ik geloof er nl. niets van dat bijv. GSK zulk een groot verlies heeft genomen (1e melding bij de AFM d.d. 1/11/2006, 12,26 % - 1.981.834 stuks- 31/10/2011, - 4.345.062 stuks- 9.70%).

The combined shareholding of these parties represents 8.1% of the issued and outstanding ordinary shares in OctoPlus.

    klopt...dan is er niets aan de hand..

    maar als ze 95% halen, dan worden de aandelen op een gegeven moment onverhandelbaar.
    oftewel: je kunt ze aan niemand verkopen, oftewel: opbrengst = zero
    nu heb je tenminste nog 52 centen voor je aandeel

    let wel: ik ben ook niet blij, en probeer er het hoogste uit te halen, maar op een gegeven moment moet je een keuze maken..en die keuze is vandaag te maken..
