It is the third time that the committee tries to vote on the final report of the group's coordinator, Mr Maurice Quintella Lessa (PR-AL), without success. With the end of the legislative year, the committee is likely to be closed without approving the text.

Break secrets
Quintella Lessa suggests, in its final report, the breakdown of telephone secrecy, tax and banking representative of SBM in Brazil, Julio Faerman, and two companies linked to it (Faercom Energia Ltda and Oildrive Consulting Energy and Petroleum Ltd. .). There is the suspicion that he would be the intermediary payment of bribes to employees of Petrobras.

The call Faerman has already been approved by the CPMI since June, but he has not been heard by the committee.

The final report also recommends the investigation of four companies abroad (Bienfaire, Jandell, Journey Advisors and Hades Production Inc.) that could be linked to Faerman.

Report
According to indictment published in the Wikipedia site by former employee of SBM, Jonathan David Taylor, the company would have received Faerman deposits equivalent to 3% of the contracts signed between SBM and Petrobras, and 2% would have been paid to employees Petrobras.

The final report calls for breaking bank secrecy, telephone and tax of Petrobras directors involved in the execution and delivery of contracts signed between SBM and Petrobras.

Bribery
On November 12, SBM Offshore announced an agreement with the prosecution of the Netherlands to close an investigation on payment of bribes in Equatorial Guinea, Angola and Brazil. The company accepted the punishment of $ 240 million for irregular payments that occurred between 2007 and 2011 and reported by the prosecution. The Comptroller General of the Union (CGU) opened on the same day a process to investigate the matter. If punished by CGU, SBM can be prevented from signing new contracts with Petrobras.

Al lijkt het erop dat het verdomd moeilijk zal woorden om SBMO aan te klagen.
lack of quorum wil zegggen dat er te weinig mensen kwam op dagen.
Dus mogelijk is geen nieuws uiteindelijk goed nieuws.

Bij het vorige goede bericht half november steeg de koers 3 euro omhoog op dag basis. Koers stond die dag 22% in de plus om te sluiten op 17% in de plus. Ik verwacht zeer binnenkort goed nieuws uit Brasil en dan weer zo een stijging.
