    Global Communications Network Ltd (RRST) die een notering op de Nasdaq heeft gekregen, is sinds gisteren aan een opwaartse sprong begonnen, ondanks dat de Nasdaq als geheel in de min stond.
    Gisteren maakte RRST een koerssprong van $ 11,39 naar $ 12,45 ofwel maar liefst 9,31%
    Vandaag ging de opmars al weer verder naar de $ 12,56 (+0,88%) dus bijelkaar al over de 10% en de dag is in New York nog maar net begonnen.
    Het is altijd weer leuk om te constateren, dat de eerste Kardan dochter over de oceaan, ook daar op waarde geschat wordt.
    Al met al heeft de gehele Kardan familie dit jaar niets te klagen zou ik zo zeggen.

    Ik vind dat je niet al teveel moet zeggen van deze stijging, natuurlijk is het mooi.. Maar dat aandeel fluctueert onwijs veel.. En het komt steeds weer uit rond de uitgifteprijs van $12.50

    million deal from a major Central Asian telecommunications company to
    enhance their existing infrastructure with Teledata Networks'
    BroadAccess-1000 MSAG. The systems will provide a mix of voice, broadband
    data and IPTV services over Next Generation IP Network.

    The deal takes place after successful past deployments of BroadAccess
    systems by the operator, providing hundreds of thousands of voice and
    broadband lines, operating over IP NGN. The new systems will be deployed
    in the next six months in both IP-DSLAM and IP-MSAG configurations and
    will include the resilient Ethernet transmission functionality. The
    BroadAccess-1000 systems will be installed in outdoor cabinets replacing
    existing distribution boxes to provide broadband services over shortened
    copper loops. This will implement network architecture optimized for
    advanced broadband data services and IPTV.

    Mali's National Broadcasting Authority 'Office of Radio and Television of Mali' (ORTM) Launches Historic Satellite Television Broadcasts Covering North America

    Content management and global distribution services provider RRsat Global Communications Network Ltd (Nasdaq:RRST) reported a jump of 34% in its quarterly revenue, to a record $22 million, from $16.3 million in the corresponding quarter of 2007.
    RRsat reported fourth quarter GAAP-based net profit basis was $3.6 million, an increase of 13% compared to the $3.2 million recorded in the fourth quarter of 2007. Net profit per diluted share on a GAAP basis was $0.21, compared to $0.18 in the fourth quarter of 2007.

(NASDAQ: RRST) ("RRsat" or the "Company"), a rapidly growing provider of comprehensive content management and global distribution services to the television and radio broadcasting industries, today announced that on March 23, 2009, the Company's board of directors declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.32 per ordinary share, and in the aggregate amount of approximately $5.5 million.

    The dividend will be payable on April 23, 2009 to all of the Company's shareholders of record at the end of the trading day on NASDAQ on April 10, 2009. According to the Israeli tax law, the Company will withhold at source 20% of the dividend amount payable to each shareholder, subject to applicable exemptions.     RRsat Expands TV Programming Platform via the Intelsat Network
