    Last Trade:$0.26

    Technical Outlooks CHFI
    By James E Brumley
Though the overall stock market is in limbo as we kick off this shortened trading week, a handful of charts look like they're taking a pretty decisive turn. Some of the most interesting names of that group include China Energy Corp(NDA) (OTC:CHGY), Nevada Geothermal Power Inc. (OTC:NGLPF), and China Finance, Inc. (OTC:CHFI). Let's take a closer technical look at each one.

It wasn't a perfect example of it, but China Finance, Inc. (OTC:CHFI) made half of a marubozo reversal pattern (bearish, in this case) to strongly suggest there's more downside in store.

It takes two days to make this pattern. The first day ends with a close at the high of a tall bar, which China Finance, Inc. shares did on Thursday. On the second day, the open is at the high for the day, with the stock sinking - ideally - at least as low as the prior day's low....which CHFI also did. The perfect bearish marubozo starts with an open at the low of the first day, and ends with a close at the low of the second day. We say the daily high requirement take shape, which isn't perfect, but still hints at the spirit of the pattern.

In any case, the pullback on Friday carried China Finance shares back under the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement line, so there's not much hope left for a bounce here. It looks like CHFI is on pace to revisit support at $0.18 in the near future, which is where the rally started.

    1. there is no indication that the company ceased to exist. the company website is still working and updated. the homepage shows even the stock price movement for last Wednesday - www.chinafinanceincorporation.com...

    2. the company website mentions CHFI's Current Pipeline:
"8 signed letters of intent with fast growing China-based companies seeking entry into the U.S. capital markets and/or corporate financing guarantees" - www.chinafinanceincorporation.com... what they have been doing this year can be inferred from the last February Update to shareholders -http://www.chinafinanceincorporation.com...

    3. the company has not produced any news since March 28, 2009 when they filed the 2008 annual financials. this is the only reason for the incredibly low share price right now. but considering the kind of work they do, the dearth of news releases should not be surprising.

    4. they are not behind in filing any official company reports with SEC. I think their financial report is due annually. they filed the 2007 report on March 19, 2008, and the 2008 report on March 28, 2009 - www.chinafinanceincorporation.com...
so the 2009 report will not be out until March 2010.

its most recent SEC filing is from June 5, 2009 -http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?...

    5. the chairman/CEO Ann (Guo-Qiong) Yu did buy 300,000 share at the market price of $4.96 per share on 10/23/2008 -
    geoinvesting.com/companies/chfi_c...

    6. just by considering their stock holdings, loan receivables, and real estate holdings, the company is multiple times more worth than its current market cap, $14.99 million as for last Wednesday -http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1...

I don't know the exact reason for the precipitous decline of the share price for last three days - concerted short attack, manipulation by a few big hands, or leakage of some bad insider company news. I personally think that the initial sell by some impatient traders who bought into the last October rally caused a panic selling, fueled by unsubstantiated speculations about the demise of the company on this board. but the fact is that nothing changed materially from a week ago, and the share price is incredibly undervalued.

my advice for the investors of CHFI. for the current shareholders, hold onto your shares until you hear something from the company. do not succumb to fear-mongering. for the prospective investors, invest only with money you can afford to lose. the risk-reward ratio is huge. the downside risk is $.26, but the upside potential is easily a few dollars. without any definitive evidence that the company is not doing well, I am still confident that there is a very good chance that the share price can go up to $3-4 by next spring when they report the 2009 annual financial report.

Read what Ann Yu said in april 2009:

Ms. Yu stated confidently that as the initiative of the new credit policy of the People's Bank of China goes forward, China Finance, Inc. will experience very prosperous development in investment and surety guarantee loan transactions.

"From this conference, we can clearly see the positive support from the People's Bank of China to the agriculture, infrastructure, ecological and energy saving industries in the aspect of credit and financial services. China Finance, Inc. has always paid attention to the changes of policies in China and deeply researches the new directions of finance, credit and investment fields in China. Moreover, the Company has already proactively deployed positively in investment and credit guarantees in these industries. I have great confidence that in 2009, China Finance, Inc. will gain better performance in concert with China's economic recovery."

And now please read the press release of People’s Bank of China in october 2009:

SMEs’ RMB Loans Grew 28% Over Beginning of 2009

According to the PBC and CBRC, SMEs’ outstanding RMB loans increased 3.08 trillion yuan over the beginning of 2009 to 14.1 trillion yuan (among which 910.2 billion was bill financing) at the end of September 2009, a rise of 28 percent.

CHFI’s stock is going to explode!!!!!
